Travis brings two decades of military expertise to our team, having served with distinction in the United States Air Force (USAF). Throughout his 20-year career and two deployments to Iraq, Travis honed his physical fitness and mental resilience to the highest standards. Now retired from his military service, Travis channels his passion for fitness into helping others achieve their goals through personalized training and strategic coaching. Travis is dedicated to empowering clients with the discipline and determination needed to succeed. Lexey brings a competitive edge to our team, having excelled as a D-1 college softball player. Lexey combines her experience in elite athletics with a deep understanding of strength training and sports nutrition. She is passionate about helping clients of all levels harness their athletic potential and exceed their health and fitness goals. With a focus on perseverance and personal growth, Lexey inspires individuals to push beyond their limits and achieve lasting results. Together, Travis and Lexey offer a comprehensive approach to fitness coaching, blending military precision with athletic excellence.
